Yum Bun seeks a highly organised and fast-paced chef to join our team as we launch our first permanent outlet in mid-late March. We will be handling large quantities, but our preparation is meticulous, ingredients are of the highest quality and every bun that leaves the kitchen is perfectly put together. 

The successful candidate will:
Have a love of food and an understanding of quality 
Be a people person and enjoy working with other team members 
Have qualifications and a high standard of food hygiene and preparation
Be highly organised in order to manage rotating food stock
Have knowledge of Asian food (a bonus but not essential)
Be able to oversee other team members assembling hot and cold ingredients 
Have experience working on a very fast paced cookline
Working hours:
Shifts will be a blend of daytime, evenings and weekends
